Medical Law Review About the Author Dr Jennifer Gunning is Senior Research Fellow and Coordinator of the Cardiff Centre for Ethics, Law and Society, University of Wales. She was the Coordinator of the EC BiomedII Project, Therapeutic Research in Assisted Conception and was a member of the Human Embryo and Fetus Working Group of the European Commission. Soren Holm is Chair of Bioethics at Cardiff University and Director of the Cardiff Centre for Ethics, Law and Society. Both have published widely on issues relating to bioethics.
