About the Author Adrian Gallagher is a Lecturer in Security Studies at the University of Leeds, UK. He received his Ph.D from the University of Sheffield and is a member of the International Studies Association, British International Studies Association, International Network of Genocide Scholars and International Association of Genocide Scholars.
