CHIKULO is an Associate Professor of Development Studies, University of North West, South Africa and Vice President of the African Development Studies Association. He has published extensively in major international journals and contributed chapters to several books. He is the editor of Democracy in Zambia: Challenges for the Third Republic (with Owen Sichone).
