About the Author Francisco Moreno-Fernández es catedrático de Lengua Española en la Universidad de Alcalá (España) y Catedrático Humboldt en la Universidad de Heidelberg (Alemania). Fue el primer director del Observatorio de la lengua española y las culturas hispánicas del Instituto Cervantes en la Universidad de Harvard.
