The primary objective of this volume is to examine World War I through the lens of its forgotten participants, neglected stories, and underrepresented peoples. About the Author Robert B. McCormick is Professor of History at the University of South Carolina Upstate. Araceli Hernández-Laroche is Associate Professor of Modern Languages and the Assistant Chair of Languages, Literature, and Composition at the University of South Carolina Upstate. Catherine G. Canino is Professor of Shakespeare and Renaissance Studies at the University of South Carolina Upstate.
