She is a teacher and an educational consultant who provides professional development in numerous districts across the United States, where she shares her passion and enthusiasm for mathematics education with teachers, administrators, students, and parents. Christine Oberdorf is coauthor of Introduction to Connections (PreK-2 and 3-5), part of Heinemann's Math Process Standards Series. She is a math content coach with Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland. She is a board representative for the Maryland Council of Teachers of Mathematics and serves as a consultant for various districts and school systems.
