 This second edition of Pragmatic Sustainability proposes a pragmatic, discursive and pluralistic approach to thinking about sustainability.. About the Author Steven A. Moore is Bartlett Cocke Regents Professor of Architecture and Planning at the University of Texas at Austin, USA, where he teaches design and courses related to the philosophy, history, and application of sustainable technology. He is Co-Director of the Graduate Program in Sustainable Design and Co-Founder of the University of Texas Center for Sustainable Development. Moore is a Fellow of the National Endowment for the Arts, a Loeb Fellow of the Harvard Graduate School of Design, the recipient of an Individual Scholar Award from the National Science Foundation, and is the author of many articles, book chapters, and seven books on the topic of sustainable architecture and urbanism.
