About the Author The Author: Emanuela Barasch-Rubinstein is a scholar and a translator currently teaching at Tel Aviv University. She received her Ph.D. in comparative religion and literature from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She has also translated into Hebrew E. R. Dodd's The Greek and the Irrational and E. E. Evans-Prichand's Theories of Primitive Religion.
