Each title contains 20 easy-to-replicate experiments with detailed introductions, step-by-step instructions for the classroom or home, thought-provoking questions, and suggested further resources. Explicit safety guidelines are provided as well as tips for instructors who implement the experiments. Correlations to National Science Education Standards are included for each experiment, as well as notes for teachers. About the Author Aviva Ebner holds a B.S. in Biology from UCLA and an M.A. in Educational Administration. She is currently principal of El Rodeo School in Beverly Hills Unified School District. Her previous experience includes teaching science for Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD); administration in LAUSD, Glendale Unified School District, and Emek Hebrew Academy; and writing science curricula for various schools. Ebner has also presented numerous workshops on instruction at regional educators' conferences and is an adjunct faculty member of University of Phoenix.
