About the Author Alexander Berezin is a Professor (Emeritus) of Engineering Physics at McMaster University. Some of his published work touches controversial, largely unexplored and emergent areas, such as possible physical foundations of homeopathy, physics of consciousness, simulated realities and parallel universes. He also has publications on arts, architecture, tourism and social issues related to science policy and education.
