Product Description The first volume of the collected papers of Sir Hersch Lauterpacht contained three general works. The second volume begins a systematic coverage of the rest of his work presented roughly in accordance with a plan Lauterpacht himself drew up for a possible textbook. The book contains papers falling within the introductory section, dealing with International Law in general, though materials later included in separately published works have normally been excluded.
