This edited collection highlights the diversity of perspectives within the broad field of intercultural education, focusing on education in modern multicultural societies, as well as exploring the role of migrant populations as modern citizens. It brings together conceptual and empirical contributions from well-known authors in the field as well as from younger scholars and researchers. The result is a mixture of ideas that will provide food for thought and discussion to an international readership. This book was originally published as a special issue of Intercultural Education.
