About the Author Professor Mark Findlay is Deputy Director of the Institute of Criminology at Chair in International Criminal Justice at the University of Sydney; Professor of Law, Singapore Management University; until recently Professor of International Criminal Justice, University of Leeds; and a Senior Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London. Professor Findlay is a barrister of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and has worked as a research consultant for international agencies, governments and private consortia in many jurisdictions.
