With very select contributions from the most distinguished international professional experts, this book provides a basic framework and guidelines for national and international bodies. About the Author Odd E. Gjorv was Professor Emeritus and former head of the Department of Building Materials at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Trondheim, Norway.
