Thabo Makhalemele is Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Education in the School for Psycho-Social Education at the University of North-West, South Africa. Pierre du Plessis is a Professor and Head of Department in the Department of Educational Leadership and Management at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
