Brooke Kelly is Professor of Sociology and Assistant Chair of Sociology and Criminal Justice at the University of North Carolina Pembroke, USA, and the co-editor of Food and Poverty: Food Insecurity and Food Sovereignty among America’s Poor. Cassius Hossfeld is completing graduate studies at Clemson University, USA.
