The second volume, Electric Machines: Transients, Control Principles, Finite Element Analysis and Optimal Design with MATLAB® is intended for second (and third) semester course, treating topics such as modeling of transients, control principles, electromagnetic and thermal finite element Analysis and optimal design (dimensioning).
