Ramón Arango, associate professor of government at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida. He previously taught at Kenyon College, Texas A&M University, and the Institute for Mediterranean Studies in Rome. Professor Arango is author of Leopold III and the Belgian Royal Question.
