The Geography Department at the University of Maryland made a similarly generous commitment of secretarial staff and faciltiies. Allen Eney aided in the construction of computerized maps. Sawyer is assistant professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Maryland. John R. He is now an energy consultant for developing countries.
