About the Author Tracey Harris is the Executive Director and founder of Amovita International. They provide a wide range of strategy, human resource and management services and over seventy different training programs to support leaders in their roles. Tracey is the developer of the PASETM, LASETM, FASETM, MASETM, VASETM, CASETM, CALDTM and MOSKTM supervision models. Tracey holds qualifications in Social Science, Social Work and Neuroscience. Her career spans over twenty-five years in leadership, clinical practice and academia and she has held senior advisory roles for Ministers and Members of Parliament. She held lectureship with the Australian Catholic University in Brisbane Australia where she lectured in social and public policy and a range of clinical and practice areas.
