The book also looks at cross-jurisdiction collaboration organization, collaborative mechanism of local government, private sector and non-governmental organizations in public affairs (environmental protection, transportation, public health, water resources). About the Author Jing Cui is Professor of Public Administration at the School of Government in Central University of Finance and Economics, China.
