About the Author Katherine McDonald is an Assistant Professor in Roman History at Durham University, UK, and has previously worked at Cambridge and Exeter. Her previous work includes Oscan in Southern Italy and Sicily: Evaluating Language Contact in a Fragmentary Corpus.
