About the Author Sandra Cable is the author and co-author of numerous leading books with Course Technology. Her books present both introductory and advanced levels of Microsoft Excel and Access. Dr. Cable author holds a Ph.D. in Education from Texas A&M University - Commerce. In addition to working full-time for an international corporation in Dallas, TX, she volunteers to teach at seminars and in classrooms -- promoting simple approaches to using computer applications. Prior to this he was an Associate Professor and served as the Director of Academic Computing at Volunteer State Community College in Gallatin, Tennessee for 20 years. Mark has worked in the IT industry as a computer consultant for businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions. He has published over 20 articles in peer-reviewed journals and is also the author of over 25 technology textbooks, including Security+ Guide to Network Security Fundamentals 6e, CWNA Guide to Wireless LANs 3ed, Guide to Wireless Communications, Security Awareness: Applying Practical Security In Your World 5ed, and Networking BASICS. Dr. Ciampa holds a PhD in technology management with a specialization in digital communication systems from Indiana State University and has certifications in Security+ and HIT. Barbara Clemens has been a writer, editor, software product manager and instructor for more than 30 years. She has worked with Addison-Wesley Publishing, Course Technology and Cengage Learning. She has edited and written many Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows textbooks and has created instructional videos and online courses to help learners succeed in Office. Steven M. Freund attended the University of Central Florida and serves as a leader instructor of various Microsoft Office, computer concepts, programming and Internet technology courses throughout Central Florida. An integral author for the successful Shelly Cashman Series since 2001, he has presented at the annual customer conference, the Shelly Cashman Series Institute, as well as other customer events.
