About the Author Dr. PAI ZHENG is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, HKSAR. Before this, he has been a Research Fellow in the Delta-NTU Corporate Laboratory for Cyber-Physical Systems, in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore from Jan. 2018 to Sep. 2019. His research interest mainly lies in smart product-service systems, engineering design informatics, and manufacturing digital servitization. He is a Member of ASME (2017- ), IEEE (2017- ), CMES (2018- ). He also serves as the Associate Editor of IET Collaborative Intelligent Manufacturing, Editorial Board Member of Advanced Engineering Informatics, guest editor and referee for many high impact international journals in the manufacturing/industrial engineering field.
