Rational Rose™ is the leading modeling tool in the field of system development and is used worldwide. The tool is based on UML (the Unified Modelling Language), the modeling language that has been established as a world standard. Now you can learn ROSE on a CD-ROM! Interactive Introduction to Rational Rose™ is a course that describes how to use Rational Rose™ and explains the various working methods of the tool. The course is geared for anyone from web developers, project managers and database modellers to system analysts and system developers. The course provides you with basic knowledge of the tool as well as its advanced functions and approaches. Theoretical sections are combined with practical ones, creating a varied and stimulating learning environment. You work in a simulated environment where you are given the opportunity to become familiar with the tool Rational Rose™. Interactive Introduction to Rational Rose™ also includes two case studies giving you a comprehensive idea of how the different diagrams fit together. In the first case study, you are guided through the various aspects of working with Rational Rose™ and in the second there are practical exercises that you can complete in the actual tool Rational Rose™ itself (the tool is not included in the training package).
