This book offers the combined full-text of Rusch and Sepinuck's Sales and Leases and Payment Systems books. It gives users a single text to teach both payments law and sales and leases of goods. The book first covers the law governing sales and leases of goods, allowing users to understand how that law applies to both simple and complex commercial transactions, and learn how to use the law in planning and drafting contract. The second half of the book is designed to help students learn the law of payment systems, including the topic of Check 21 and the revised Regulations CC and J, as well as the provisions in Regulation E.
