Thea Musgrave ranks among the world's foremost living composers, and is widely known for the warmth, humor, and theatrical qualities of her music. Donald L. Hixon has prepared the first and only substantial bibliographical treatment of the composer, and the only complete listing of her works, with the assistance of Musgrave herself.
