The main work examines the impact of modernisation on enforcement by national authorities and courts, while coverage of national decisions post-modernisation is integrated in the book, using information collated from a network of key correspondents in the Member States. The supplement contains paragraph by paragraph updates on legislative and case law developments, giving detailed commentary on their significance. The comprehensive accompanying volume of European Union competition law materials (edited by Andrew Macnab, a barrister at Monckton Chambers) has been fully updated to include all of the relevant legislation, Commission Notices and Guidelines, and provides detailed cross-references to the commentary in the main work.
