Maths Investigator is a secret spy agency whose mission is to make maths fun and exciting. The series has been extensively trialled and developed to offer schools a fresh and exciting way to combine the content and structure of the 2006 Mathematics Framework with the principles of the Primary Strategy 'Excellence and Enjoyment' guidance - to raise standards whilst making learning fun. Unique planning mind maps provide 'at-a-glance' overviews of teaching throughout each unit, making clear links between core areas of maths to ensure blocks of work are relevant and meaningful. Extra support and challenge activities make differentiation easy, whilst assessment for learning questions help identify and address misconceptions. For flexibility, Teacher's Guide units are packaged in topic packs. Each pack contains three two-week units of work, including access to the associated Interactive CD unit.
