About the Author Dr. Cernescu’s research has focused for the last 13 years on the area of fatigue damage analysis. He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewer papers, 1 book chapter, and 1 monograph. He has also completed 4 postdoctoral research programs in 4 different countries, one of which was a Marie Curie fellowship (through Cardiff University) funded by the European Union through Horizon 2020.
