She is author of more than 150 scientific papers of which more than 100 cited in Web of Science, with an h-index of 13. Currently she is involved in 5 international projects with both industrial and biomedical applications, for identification and control. She was a member of the European Respiratory Society 2006-2008 and she was the first to coin the link between fractional order impedance models for respiratory properties to actual physiology and morphology of the lungs. She is member of several technical committees of IFAC and IEEE, including domains of biomedical engineering applications.
