My Life – PSHE for healthier, happier children. My Life is a complete PSHE course for children age 5–11. It provides schools with a PSHE Scheme of Work for Years 1–6, with structured progression so children build up their understanding of health, relationships, safety and social issues in age-appropriate steps.
