1) Prepare the water with salt in a bottle, 250ml water at 37°C. 2) Add 1 pack of salt and then mix. 3) Gently insert the tip into a nostril. 4) Breathe through the mouth 5). Press squeeze to start the flow of the water solution. while breathing through your mouth. 6) Release the bottle to stop the flow of the solution. 7) Half water in one nostril and half into the other.
