PERFECT FOR THE REMOVAL OF ORGANIC GROWTH: This porcelain tile cleaner for patio’s and tiles is a powerful cleaning agent, solvent & VOC free. Perfect for cleaning existing porcelain patio’s, paths, and driveways of clag, algae, slime, lichen & grime, which typically forms in the colder months. But can be used at any time of the year to remove algae, lichen, slimes & leaf staining.

SUITABLE FOR: Any kind of exterior porcelain tile. Specifically targets organic contaminations such as – Algae, lichen, slime, moss, fungi, bird droppings & leaf staining. As well as general dirt & grime.

HUGE COVERAGE: This product is to be diluted at 1:3 with clean waterr for general cleaning or undiluted for severe contaminations. 5 litres of concentrate diluted at 1:3 will produce 20 litres of cleaning fluid, covering up to 100m2 of surface area. Apply to the entire surface and associated grout lines periodically agitating with a stiff brush. Rinse off after use with clean water. This cleaner can also be applied at stronger concentrations of 1:1 or apply undiluted.

EASY TO APPLY: This Porcelain Tile Cleaner is very easy to apply. Simply apply with a sprayer bucket or watering can as needed. Keep the product wet during the treatment time (add more cleaning fluid or a little water to do this) and agitate periodically with a stiff brush. Rinse thoroughly after use. Typically, no more than a 15 minute dwell time is required for the product to remove organic staining.

TACKLES LEAF STAINING: Can be applied to patio’s suffering from leaf staining. You may wish to apply the product neat or in a more concentrated form for leaf stain removal. Use a longer dwell time of 1 hr + The longer the better! - Leaf staining is one of the most difficult organic stains to remove.
