Hold the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the gum lines. 6. Brush your teeth in circular motions. 7. Brush all tooth surfaces, including chewing surfaces, insides and gums. 8. Rinse your mouth and brush thoroughly with water. 9. Dry the brush head after use.
