May contain milk, eggs, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide and sulphites Directions Mix 1 heaped scoop (approximately 50g) with 250ml of water in a shaker bottle and pour into a microwavable bowl immediately. Microwave for 1-2 minutes and stir well. Alternatively, Cream of Rice can also be enjoyed cold with milk or water as a drink.
