Troubleshooting below-Some quick reasons why product may not be working/working properly Ensure that the Super Stubble XTP is charged for 3 hours before first use, after the first charge a full charge will take 80 minutes. Ensure that the Super Stubble is placed correctly in the charging stand and the charging indicator on the LED comes on. Check the correct adaptor is being used with the product, the adaptor for the Super Stubble is marker ‘Adaptor CA54’. Ensure the power adaptor is connected to the socket on the underside of the charging stand and the 2 pin adaptor is plugged into a shaver socket or the 3 pin plug adaptor supplied with the product. The amount of usage time left is displayed on the LED, if this is ‘00’ the product needs to be recharged. Before first use oil the blades Ensure the Super Stubble is switched on, apply 2 drops of oil onto the blades, leave the unit on for a few seconds to allow the oil to spread the length of the blades, switch off the unit and remove any excess oil. This product has a Travel lock feature If the product is not working check the Travel lock feature – to de-activate press and hold the I/O button for 2 seconds until the time display starts to count down from 5 to 1 and the motor switches on and starts running.
