CHARACTERISTICS: Our saddle made of genuine lambskin is ideal for bareback riding. Sheepskin provides perfect padding (on the upper part and your horse’s back) and hence high comfort for yourself and your horse. Removable pads on each side of the spine enhance the seating-comfort and are easy on the horse’s back. Knee rolls on each side secure perfect support. A gullet plate with stirrup bars (sold separately) can be inserted underneath the seat.

MEDICAL GRADE LAMBSKIN: The medical grade lambskin on the saddle’s bottom side results in great therapeutic effects for your horse: the pressure on its back is perfectly distributed, girth galls and saddle sores are being reduced. In addition, the blood circulation is enhanced and sweat can be absorbed reliably to keep your horse’s back dry.

COLOURS AND DIMENSIONS: Our lambskin-saddle is available in anthracite-, brown- and natural-coloured sheepskin in the sizes Warmblood, Pony & Shetty. Measures (approx.): WB: Length of back 59 cm/ 23 in, length flat: 57 cm/ 22,4 in, PO: Length of back: 55 cm/ 21,7 in, length flat: 53 cm / 20,9 in, SH: Length of back 42 cm/ 16,5 in, length flat: 32 cm/ 12,6 in. The saddle is made of genuine sheepskin (length 30 mm/ 1,2 inches thick; for size Shetty 20 mm/ 0,8 inches thick).

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Cleaning the saddle is eased due to the removable lambskin-seat. Our CHRIST Premium Plus sheepskin saddle is machine-washable (please remove the foam inlays before washing!). We recommend using our CHRIST C7 laundry detergent for lambskin. By using the tumble dryer the lambskin of the saddle will stay soft and elastic.
